Each year, B+E+S+T members (affectionately referred to as BESTies) from all over the world gather to learn, connect and rejuvenate at our annual conference, which rotates amongst the provinces of The Episcopal Church.

Refunds will be gladly offered for members who find they cannot attend based on the following guidelines, adjusted for the requirements of each individual Conference:
46 days notice, or more, 100%
31-45 days, 75%
15-30 days, 50%
14 days or less, 0%
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Conference Chair.
The Executive Board recognizes that life happens – very often at the last minute. Should a conference attendee be unable to attend the conference, they must submit a refund request (in writing) to the Conference Chair as soon as possible. The Conference Planning Committee may, as the budget permits, allow for a refund (outside the standard refund schedule) of an individual’s registration fee in an instance of pastoral concern or hardship.
